For over a decade, Carly has provided advanced cosmetic treatments to thousands of patients at Alpha Dermatology. Specializing in rejuvenation procedures with minimal downtime – like PDO threading, dermal fillers, and laser therapy – she is Board Certified in Dermatology by the AAPA and NCCPA.

She earned her BA in Biology from the University of Delaware and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she focused on skincare and aesthetics during her elective rotation at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center and Nouveau Medispa.

Since joining Alpha Dermatology in 2009, Carly has built a loyal clientele thanks to her attention to detail and passion for esthetics. She has advanced her training with PDO Max, Nova Threads, and top companies like Revance, Allergan, Crown, and Merz in areas such as neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, and PRF. She regularly attends advanced aesthetic courses, especially those focused on lips and mid-face rejuvenation.
Outside the clinic, Carly enjoys time with her husband, a corporate jet pilot, their three children, and two dogs.

Dr. Shrager is a Board Certified Dermatologist (RE-CERTIFIED 2019, 2009, 1999 AMERICAN BOARD OF DERMATOLOGY) who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where he was a Penn Medical Scholar. He completed his residency training in Dermatology and Cutaneous Biology at Thomas Jefferson University Medical College in Philadelphia, where he received extensive training in laser surgery and clinical cutaneous pharmacology. Dr. Shrager graduated Magna Cum Laude, with distinction in all subjects, and Phi Beta Kappa from the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell University.

Dr. Shrager specializes in all aspects of dermatology and dermatological surgery. He also has extensive training in cosmetic dermatology and has treated thousands of satisfied patients with Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Kybella, and Fraxel laser surgical procedures. Dr. Shrager is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He serves as a physician at Capital Health and Grand View Hospital.

Drew is a board-certified Physician Assistant and the Director of the Pure Longevity Program. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Westfield State University and went on to complete his Doctorate of Medical Science (DMSc) at Rocky Mountain University focusing on Lifestyle Medicine.

Drew’s passion for integrative and preventive medicine was born from his own personal health journey and a deep concern with the conventional, often reactive approach to managing chronic disease. He believes in a more proactive, root-cause-oriented model of care that emphasizes optimizing wellness, not just treating illness.

At Pure Longevity, Drew combines evidence-based medicine with advanced diagnostics, lifestyle interventions, and personalized treatment strategies to help patients reclaim their health, prevent disease, and perform at their best—at any age.

Outside of the clinic he is an avid outdoorsman, CrossFit enthusiast, and can be found traveling in his converted camper van on weekends.

Leah was born and raised in Bucks County, PA, and earned her undergraduate degree at Drexel University. In 2014 she moved to California and continued her education at Touro University, where she obtained both her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Public Health degrees. While in California she started her career in dermatology and had the privilege of training with several esteemed West Coast injectors. She is also a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of

Dermatology Physician Assistants. Leah and her family moved back to Bucks County in 2022. She enjoys spending family time with her husband and their two daughters. With a passion for both dermatology and medical aesthetics, Leah is committed to providing comprehensive care to her patients. Whether it’s addressing dermatological conditions or cosmetic concerns, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Rachel has always had an eye for aesthetics and skincare. She attended Metro beauty academy where she got her license to be a certified esthetician. Rachel specializes in microneedling, dermaplane, HydraFacial’s, chemical peels, and laser treatments. She has always loved the medical side of esthetics, working under medical professionals who give her the knowledge of where our skin concerns really come from. Rachel’s goal is to help you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door, by providing you the right services and products for the best results.

Alyce has been in the medical field for nine years and has an extensive background in dermatology, which is one of her passions. She began her interest in laser skin care while working here at Alpha Dermatology, and attended and received her Laser Technician Certification at ILM, the Institute of Laser Medicine. Alyce’s passion is to help patients achieve flawless skin and help them see results that they can count on!

Annarose is our Patient Care Coordinator here at Pure by Alpha Dermatology. She prioritizes providing a safe, nurturing space for every patient that comes through our door! Making sure patients receive high-quality care, helping schedule appointments, check in and out, and most importantly, creating long-lasting connections with our patients. She is an outgoing and friendly employee with excellent interpersonal communication strengths. She has many years of experience in customer care service, making connections and meeting patients’ demands with a diligent, well-organized, and positive vibe!

Celia is a Certified Medical Assistant and licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience in esthetics, facials, and the beauty industry. With a strong foundation in both medical and cosmetic skincare, she expertly blends clinical knowledge with a passion for enhancing natural beauty. Celia is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and customized skincare treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Celia aspires to become an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and continue her journey in advanced medical aesthetics here at Pure.

Esther is an Aesthetic NP, and an Air-Force veteran, currently serving part-time in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. She earned her BSN from the Denver College of Nursing in 2015 and graduated as a Family NP from Spring in 2019. She has a strong background in advanced injectables, laser treatments, and skin health—Esther brings a holistic, whole-body approach to aesthetics. She also offers weight loss and hormone therapies, customizing care for every unique patient journey.

Emily is a highly experienced medical assistant with a strong background in patient care and a growing passion for skincare. She is now channeling her skills into the world of aesthetics, specializing in customized facials and dermaplaning treatments. With a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine commitment to helping others feel confident in their skin, Emily combines clinical knowledge with a personalized touch to deliver glowing, healthy results.

Ava is our Digital Content & Brand Manager here at Pure by Alpha Dermatology and the talent behind all of our graphics, digital content, and website design. With a solid understanding of the skincare and aesthetics industry, she creates eye-catching content and manages our online presence across social media and the web. From designing social posts to keeping our website up-to-date and user-friendly, Ava helps showcase our advanced skincare treatments while engaging with clients and building a strong, welcoming online community for the Pure by Alpha Dermatology brand.

Adriana is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at the front desk in both of our offices. With a background in cosmetic management and years of experience in customer service, she brings organization, warmth, and a genuine love for helping patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. Her past managerial experience in the cosmetics world makes her the perfect fit for our team—she understands beauty, efficiency, and exceptional care.

Tori Caputo is a recent graduate of King’s College, where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She first discovered her love for dermatology during her clinical rotation with our team last year. That experience not only gave her a strong clinical foundation but also sparked her passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

In her new role, Tori will be shadowing Carly as she transitions into practice, allowing her to further refine her skills and learn our patient-centered approach. Over time, she will begin to see her own patients and bring her fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the office.

Tori is dedicated to making every patient feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes that skincare is deeply personal and takes pride in forming genuine connections with her patients to understand their goals and deliver thoughtful, individualized care. Her warmth, curiosity, and commitment to learning make her a wonderful addition to our team.
